Laugh Out Loud - An Update on the Conora Virus and idk what else to write

Some weeks after the dialogue from my previous post…

Me: You know, some friends and I were talking about Corona, and one actually called it “Conora.”

E: What? Conora?

Me: Yeah, and another kept saying, “Conora?” and she was like “Yes!” “Conora?” “Yes!” until finally she realized and said, “Oh, I mean Corona.” We had a great laugh.

E: Conora? That’s…ridiculous.

Me: I know right?

Eli: Oh boy, now I’m confused. It’s Corona, right?

E: No it’s Conora.

Eli: (looking puzzled) It is?

(laughter from E and me)

E: I’m just kidding, Eli. It’s Corona.

Eli: (still looking confused) Oh.
